Must read post about what it takes to do “deep work.” In short, you need to under-commit to things and make yourself appear NOT to be busy. Really looking forward to being able to do this myself in a couple of days when my Dig Inn gig comes to an end.
And it makes you wonder about how much people who describe themselves as “busy” are actually accomplishing… I have to admit that I’m guilty of that myself.
